Bloompad Europe B.V. sends to all EU countries in cooperation with Boekuwzending. If you order several products we will collect them to one delivery. You could expect your delivery between one to five working days. We will contact you if this will not be possible.

For the best quality and results you need to plant the bulbs immediately after receiving them. Spring bulbs can be send and plant in September to December and bloom in spring. Fall bulbs can be send and plant in February to May and bloom in summer.

We use high-quality bulbs, therefore we can guarantee blooming. As bulbs are a natural product, it can happen that the bulbs does not bloom anyway. Did you executed the planting instructions properly, but after the bulb does not come out then an appeal can be made on the guarantee. Report us your complaint, contact information and ordernumber so that we can offer a suitable solution.

It may happen that the product is not as you had expected or that the product has arrived damaged. According to the Dutch Law on Distance Selling (Article 7: 5 BW), the buyer has the right to return (a part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days in good condition. You could return the product if it is complete, clean and not used with a return form. The return of the packet is for the account and risk of the buyer. If it appears that the package is defective then the buyer must report the defects within 14 working days by e-mail text and picture before the package is sent back. If the complaints of the buyer declare to be founded by Bloompad Europe B.V. there will be a new delivery within 14 days. If their is no more stock of the product a refund will be made within 14 days. The compensation is limited in all cases to at most the invoice amount of the shipment.

To place an order, you must create an account. You can log into your account using an email address and password. Once you are logged in, you can view your data. You can also change your details, such as your password or address.
